A Note about COVID-19 Virus impact on PA Elections:
In anticipation of the COVID-19 virus, the Montgomery County Commissioners announced on Thursday, March 12, that they are encouraging all voters to apply for a mail-in ballot. For the 2020 General Election, we recommend applying here in August.
Please note, your Vote-by-Mail application must be received in the county office by 5PM on 10/27/2020.
In addition, your voted ballot must be received in your county election office by 8PM on 11/03/2020. A late application will not be accepted, even if it was postmarked before the deadline.

PA's Paper Ballot System
In 2019, our county introduced a voter-marked, optical-scanned paper ballot, providing a verifiable paper trail, to enhance voter confidence and election security. The same system will be used in the 2020 General election.
